Size of the room and facilities inside the room were amazing.The size of the bathroom was good for the number of people in the room .could do a not more on wardrobe space, but overall room experience was worth the money.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff who offered us a upgrade on arrival when checking in. Cannot fault anything. Location is great.

Actually, I gave bit lower rating specially because of staff service was not good on breakfast. Most of dishes emptied and refilled very late. The sitting arrangement was good but due to bad service we didn't enjoyed our breakfast.

The room was spacious. Location was close to the Gate 37 of Masjid An-Nabawi, for visiting Rawdah which was a plus.

The property is a very short walk to the masjid and leads you right towards Makam Rasullulah and Gate 5. The downside to this is for women who have to walk a longer route to get to the Women Area at the back of the masjid. The hotel room was clean and neat. The hotel staff were very respectful and obliged an cleaning requests we had. The meal halls is large and spacious for breakfast. For dinner service, it was only on the Rooftop and is smaller in size. Head for dinner as early as you can after Isyak prayers to avoid the late dinner crowd (if you prefer). Food was tasty and in abundance every day we were there. We were charged $50 riyal a day for parking, which is much less than if charged hourly. You can get the parking pass from the front desk if you need this facility and will be expected to pay cash upfront for the parking pass. The hotel is located on a quieter side of the mosque, so there is no noise disturbance in the room from traffic. This means you can also enjoy ease of walking around the hotel property going to the mosque, shopping or for meals.

The food was nutritious with many options and delicious! The rooms were spacious, the staff upgraded us to an ensuite room which was like a one bedroom apartment, it was regal and lovely! I also liked the extra amenities in the kitchen, room and bathroom that came with the room, the coffee with an espresso machine etc was thoughtful, only thing missing was hot chocolate or Karak tea sachets :). I also appreciated that the hotel staff were understanding after I made an error with the dates of the hotel booking, they were agreeable to refunding the extra night I paid The location was also great as it's short walking distance from masjid Al nabawi, As saffiyah museum, restaurants, numerous gift shops including supermarkets. Overall, great food, convenient location and comfortable room

Mr Abdulaziz Zamel the "welcomer" who checked us in was very friendly, smiling, very welcoming and he made us very happy. Location is excellent, very close to Haram and the new garden/ mall next door has a lot of dining places. I asked about Fetter when it was finished during breakfast and I was surprised that the man I asked few minutes later brought a refill and brought a plate with 3 pieces to my table, that was very thoughtful. The number of elevators is perfect to accommodate the number of rooms and guests.

My family had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Holy Prophet’s Mosque, we had an easy access to all the key landmarks. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff greeting us warmly and offering helpful information about the local area and the hotel’s facilities. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a long day of prayers and exploration. Overall, the Pullman Hotel Madinah exceeded our expectations. Its combination of superb service, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Madinah.
