Very spacious rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, amenities ( toiletries and personal care products) are great and bathroom was superb

Super friendly staff from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning team. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Dinner was great too. They had a good variety of food, and it changed every day so we didn't get bored. Hotel is also very close to Masjid Nawabi. 4 min walk from hotel to INSIDE the mosque (men side) and maybe around 2-3 min more for female side.

We stayed for the last week of Ramadhan and really enjoyed the hotel. Whilst we did not try the breakfast as it was rather expensive. However room service was brilliant, each day our room was cleaned and restocked. The hotel was 5 minutes walkto Masjid Nabawi for male entrance to Salah and about 15 minutes walk to the women's entrance. The coffee and snacks were delicious from the cafe. We liked the shops nearby which was very handy. The museums were a 5 minute walk away and were absolutely informative and an amazing experience. The restaurants near the museum building were a favourite spot and very convenient. We hope to return here in the future insha'Allah. Concierge was very good in helping to bring our suitcases to and from our rooms on arrival and departure.

What truly stood out was the Guest Relations team—they went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. I spent over two weeks at Pullman during the holy month of Ramadan, and I must say, one thing truly stood out—the level of respect and service provided throughout this sacred time. As a client of Pullman for the past three years, I consider myself both loyal and constructively critical, as I have occasionally encountered inconsistencies in their service quality. However, during my recent stay in Madinah, I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional hospitality. The staff showed great respect, and the overall service during Ramadan was commendable. Special appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for maintaining excellent cleanliness, and the Suhoor buffet team for their attentive and high-quality service. Pullman truly made this Ramadan stay a pleasant and spiritually fulfilling experience.
